ReviewedMaya Thompson is a 42-year-old presenting with recurring frontal headaches on most days for approximately two weeks. Headaches are sometimes accompanied by intermittent blurred vision. Ibuprofen 400 mg provides partial relief. She denies fever, recent injury, weakness, and numbness. Penicillin allergy causes rash.

Onset was gradual. Blurring affects both eyes. Blood pressure: 138/86.
