Precision medicine
Can an assistant know what changed before the physician walks in?
GammaLex research
Between visits a patient’s chart drifts. The pharmacy fills the old dose, an ER visit happens at another hospital, a lab never comes back. A psychiatrist with fifteen minutes for a medication check rarely sees all of it, and an assistant that briefs from the chart as it stands will repeat the old plan with full confidence.
We test whether Tauss can reconcile the care plan, medications and records before an assistant speaks, and carry what one visit settled into the next. Psychiatrists can ask by voice, and the visit itself can be captured, so what is said in the room becomes context too.
The same question, with and without Tauss
A psychiatrist asks what changed before a medication check. Six weeks of records sit across the clinic, the pharmacy, another hospital and the patient portal.

Voice, before and during the visit
Psychiatrists ask by voice and hear the brief. During the visit, what is said in the room becomes context too. Deployed, and available on request.
Ask by voice
“What changed since the last visit?”
Two things need you: the pharmacy dispensed 100 mg against a 150 mg plan, and the TSH result never came back. PHQ-9 is up from 14 to 19, and there was an ER visit on March 9.
